Lesson 2: Online Platforms & Webpage Creation. January 17, 2022.
Apparently, we tackled 3 lessons in one day that time so..... I'll be sharing my learnings from them!
With Lesson two, we tackled first the different online platforms which included: Presentation (Prezi , Slideshare), Cloud Computing (Google Drive), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), File Management (smallpdf), Mapping (Google Map), and lastly, Web Page Creation (WIX, Weebly, etc.). Our lecture included tips on how to start our own blogsite using WordPress. It was a bit hard to understand at first but I got it all in the end. The tips included how to sign up an account, select a design and a theme, customize our own blog, and many more.
Next was information about Cloud Computing with its advantages and disadvantages. Some of its advantages included:
1. Easy access of software/files which can be ran anywhere as long as there is Internet connection, and
2. Back up and data recovery are relatively easier than on a physical device, etc.
On the other hand, disadvantages included:
1. May still require compatible software like a browser, and
2. Security risk of doing things over the Internet as opposed to your personal computer alone, etc.

Lesson 3: Basic Webpage Creation. January 17, 2022.
In this lesson, we tackled all about web templates and "what you see what you get" platforms. Web templates are one-of-a-kind comprehensive layouts that feature general content that people can modify with their very own original details.
We also learned about the basic web design principles such as:
Balance,
Proximity,
Focus,
White Spaces,
Unity, and
Alignment
Another thing we learned was about basic web design elements like:
Illustration and Styles,
Links,
Button,
Menus, and
Images
These elements and principles are crucial to creating web pages since it is like your "Guide not to Confuse Viewers/Readers".

Lesson 4: Collaborative ICT Development. January 17, 2022.
This last lesson was all about Online Collaborative Tools and Web Portals. A web portal is a webpage that includes content from a variety of sources while online collaborative tools are tools that can assist your group get together without getting involved physically.
Examples of Online Collaborative tools are:
Facebook Groups,
Google Docs, GSheets, GSlides,
Wordpress, and many more!
This would be the end of my learnings as well as the second quarter of the first semester. To you, Sir Rey (para makita kung binabasa mo talaga :D), thank you for teaching us. Even though you rap your words as if being chased by a wild boar sometimes, I still managed to learn things from you. Thank you, sir.
